Stockton, CA, January 29, 2015 – Mr. Tom Kelly, previously of Generac Power Systems, has accepted the position of President of Energy Systems, a Generac Industrial Power Distributor headquartered in Stockton, CA. Tom Kelly brings to Energy Systems more than 35 years’ experience in the power generation and compression industries.
With his most recent 12 years at Generac Power Systems, Inc., Tom held various Industrial Division field positions, ultimately advancing to Director of Industrial Sales – West, overseeing 15 Generac Industrial Distributors located in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his tenure at Generac Power Systems, Tom’s experience included GM – Kaeser Compressors, Inc., Principle at NAK Engineering, Inc., Hatch and Kirk, Inc. VP-Utility Power Components Division and he began his career at Cooper Energy Services (Cooper Cameron), serving in various aftermarket field positions. Tom holds a BA in Business from Capital University, has three adult children and lives in Petaluma, CA. Worth Investment Group, owned by Eric Boorom, purchased Energy Systems from Don Richter in 2013.
